The Indiana Retail Council protects and enhances Indiana’s retail climate. The Council is an articulate advocate for its members on critical issues in the Statehouse and throughout state government. Membership is a valuable investment for Indiana retailers.

Indiana Retail Council dues payment is not deductible as a charitable contribution but is deductible for most members as a business expense; however, the Indiana Retail Council estimates that 12% of the dues payment is not deductible as a business expense because of the Council’s lobbying activities on behalf of members.
